Payments & Accounting Integrations

PayPal, Stripe and QuickBooks Online, integrated exactly right.

Subscriptions, one-time payments, marketplace payouts and two-way accounting sync. Integrations where "mostly working" is not good enough.

What's included

  • PayPal v2: subscriptions, upgrades, one-time payments and verified webhooks
  • Marketplace split payments with automatic platform commission
  • Stripe checkout, saved cards, ledgers and organizer payouts
  • QuickBooks Online two-way sync with OAuth 2.0 and token refresh
  • Incremental sync, duplicate detection and failure-safe checkpoints
  • Admin screens, run summaries and alerts

Money and accounting data must be right

Payment and accounting integrations fail in quiet, expensive ways: a webhook that isn't verified, a token that expires overnight, a sync that skips a record after an error. We design for those cases first.

What we build

  • Subscriptions and billing. Monthly/annual plans, mid-cycle upgrades, saved-card billing schedulers and invoices.
  • Marketplaces. Sellers paid directly, with the platform's commission taken automatically.
  • Accounting sync. Two-way QuickBooks Online sync for customers, vendors, items and accounts, plus one-way push for purchase orders, time activities, journal entries and inventory adjustments.

Proof

We replaced a legacy QuickBooks Desktop connector with an unattended two-way QuickBooks Online sync. It was delivered in three client-approved milestones, and 192 of 194 existing customer records were linked automatically, with none left unresolved.
